Preparation of your oral presentation
We are excited and happy to welcome you soon at the IEPA15 Congress in Berlin! To make the most out of your oral presentation we have prepared the following information for you:

Please note:
If your presentation has been submitted as part of a symposium, we kindly ask you to coordinate with the organizer/submitter of the symposium regarding the exact structure and length of your presentation, as this may vary depending on the symposium you are in.
- Oral presenters are asked to bring their presentation on a mobile device (=USB stick) for delivery directly in the room of the presentation.
- Laptops as well as beamers/screens are pre-installed in all session rooms.
- All presentation slides must be entirely prepared in English

Oral presentation
Several oral presentations / trainee case presentations will be grouped together with other related talks in parallel sessions. The slots will be assigned by the program committee.
Duration: 10-15minutes, + 3-5 minutes Q&A
Symposium session
We had an overwhelming response with more than 600 contributions, and we are excited to have your work featured. However, in order to accommodate as much presentations as possible, it has been agreed by the committe to extend and adjust the schedule: Originally 90-minutes symposia might be allocated in the program schedule as part of an oral session or as short symposia.
Symposium
Duration: 90 minutes in total, guided by a chair. 4 presentations by 15 minutes each with 5 minutes discussion time.
Short symposium
Duration: 60 minutes in total, guided by a chair. 4 presentations by 10 minutes each with 5 minutes discussion time.
Oral session
Symposia are now part of an oral session whith two additional talks on a similar topic.
Duration: 90 minutes in total, guided by a chair. 6 presentations by 10 minutes each with 5 minutes discussion time.
Participation
Presenting authors of posters and all speakers ar required to register for the conference upon abstract acceptance at the latest by close of early bird registration April 30, 2025. End of early bird rates: March 17, 2025.
Publication
Submitted contributions will be used for:
- Online evaluation
- The committee’s selection meeting
- Publication of the abstract on the event website upon acceptance
- Publication of the accepted abstracts in conference event program
- Publication of the accepted abstract in the online abstract book
